Notes on Registration Rates
1. You can apply conference as an oral, virtual or poster presenter.
2. Single author participant may submit a maximum of two papers.
3. In case of more than one author, the registration fee of the conference is calculated not according to the number of authors but according to the number of papers.
4. 50% discount is applied to the second submission.
5. Conference participation fee includes; session refreshments, badges, participation certificates, and online publication of abstracts and full text of submissions.
6. After the registration fee payment, please send the bank payment receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org.
7. Refund Policy: The conference registration fee is fully refunded if the event is canceled by the organizer and participants are notified in advance. In all other cases, the registration fee is non refundable. Registered participants unable to attend the conference will be automatically moved to a virtual session.
8. Registration fees will be transferred by Western Union. We will send you an e-mail regarding recipient’s details.
9. Please Note: You cannot deduct any money transfer fee from the registration fee and if you do this, your registration will remain incomplete until you pay the full amount of registration fee.
